Seasonal product. Beautiful, soft & gently dried multi floral pollen collected by honeybees. Simply delicious and great for making bee bread with local raw honey. Also wonderful in yogurt, warm oatmeal & fruit smoothies, before and after a workout for sports endurance & recovery.
Start slowly by taking a few grains of pollen for a few days & gradually increase over time from 1/4 to 1/2 to 1 tsp then up to 1 -2TBSP daily adult dosage.
